New York, NY – June 3, 2024 – Merrell Strategy Announces 2nd Annual Crisis Management Scholarship

Merrell Strategy announces the second annual Merrell Strategy Communications Scholarship, created to reward a deserving student pursuing a degree in crisis communications.

The scholarship will award one student $5,000 and can be used towards an undergraduate degree at any accredited University or college in the United States.

Criteria for acceptance includes academic performance, character, and potential proficiency in public relations, with an emphasis on crisis management/communications. Applications will also include an essay or video presentation.

Applications for the scholarship are available on the Merrell Strategy website and will be open until July 15. All applicants will be notified of the status of their application by August 3, 2024.

The Merrell Strategy Communications Scholarship was launched in 2023 by founder Alexandrea Merrell to commemorate the firm’s 14th anniversary and to reward a student of exceptional promise to achieve a career in crisis management related public relations.
