New York, NY – November 1, 2022 - Orndee PR Statement on Rebrand - Becomes Merrell Strategy Inc.

Since 2009, Orndee PR has provided public relations and crisis management services for clients around the world, focusing primarily on high-visibility civilian and celebrity clients impacted by cyber crime, online defamation and harassment. As the online landscape has changed, and the legal community is catching up to the realities that online injuries have offline “real world” consequences, we have expanded to take on more of a litigation strategy role. Because of our expanding influence in this space, after careful consideration, we have decided to embark on a rebranding mission that is more in line with our growing role and services.

We are therefore excited to announce that on February 1, 2023, Orndee PR and Orndee Omnimedia Inc. will rebrand as Merrell Strategy Inc. We will continue to offer world-class crisis communication and public relations services as well as full litigation strategy and post crisis guidance to civilians, celebrities, and brands, globally. Additionally, we will announce the opening of a UK branch later this year, focused on international litigation strategy and civil rights in regards to the internet.

Our production and content division will rebrand as well, later this year, with out first feature length documentary ready for release in the early summer 2024.
